Our Design on Retainer clients get a reduced rate on all services so we can be on standby for whatever they may need in a given month. This flexibility means that you get exactly what you need, when you need it.
One of the most common questions we get asked about DOR is “How does it work?” Here’s a little snapshot of what you can expect as a DOR client:
1. Onboarding
The first step in the process of becoming a new DOR client is onboarding. We provide an online form that asks all kinds of important questions to help us get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. During this time, we’ll gather your assets (photos, logos, etc.,) work together to get access to your accounts, and outline your priorities for the next couple of months. This initial onboarding process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
2. Getting to Know Each Other
DOR is an investment in a long-term relationship between LCCM and your business. Although we get started on your projects right away, for most clients it takes about 3 months for all of us to get into a good groove. When it comes to marketing, there is no “one size fits all” solution, so we go into each new relationship with fresh eyes and a learning spirit. Two to three months gives us time to get to know you and your business, settle into our communication styles and get a feel for what’s working/not working in your marketing. By now we should all have a good feel for whether our partnership is a good fit or not. If you should decide the latter after this “trial” period is over, we’re happy to offer early-termination of the contract with no strings attached.
3. Smooth Sailing
Once the onboarding and “get to know each other” phases are over, the real magic begins! By now our team will know your business backwards and forwards, and we can all work together to execute both recurring and one-time tasks with ease. The majority of our DOR clients have been with us for years, and it truly feels like we’re part of their team!
