This flexibility means that you get exactly what you need, when you need it. Think of us as your on-call marketing team!

How does it work?

Regular Monthly Services

Together we will determine which services you’d like us to tackle each month. This is different for every business, but here’s an example of a typical monthly to-do list for a 10-hour DOR client:

• Monthly e-newsletter

• Monthly blog post

• Bi-monthly website health checks

• Social media graphics

• 2-3 print or digital ads

• Updating printed materials (business card, rack card, brochure, etc.)

Quarterly/Annual/As-Needed Services

Any hours leftover after the regular monthly services can be used for anything else that comes up -- literally anything. This includes things like refreshed business cards, website edits, print materials, ads, and whatever else you can think of!

Consistent Communication

We will check in with you regularly via email to make sure we’re all on the same page. Nothing goes out without your final approval.

Point of Contact

Speaking of communication, we require a single point of contact when working with DOR clients. We suggest you choose someone on your team who has excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the business’ needs.

Flexible Contracts

We’re not about those one-size-fits-all plans. Design on Retainer with LCCM is an ongoing relationship that should work for all parties involved. We’ll set up your contract based on what works best for you!
