We believe our small-town roots and combined skills in design, social media marketing, advertising and branding are the key to your success. Our highest priority is making sure we understand where you're coming from. Add to that a splash of goals and a dash of hopes & dreams, and you have a big ole bundle of success.

The bottom line is this: Owning a business is hard, too many entrepreneurs try to "do it all", and some things are just better left to the experts...that's where we come in! CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Olivia’s experience in journalism and marketing combined with her heart for small businesses makes her an unstoppable force, leading the LCCM team with passion and dedication. When she’s not busting her butt for the biz, she’s out and about with her corgis, golfing with her husband or playing pickleball.

SARAH ALLEN

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF Design

Sarah is LCCM’s OG designer and brand manager, making sure the biz always looks it’s best. She’s obsessed with fonts, page layout and her Pantone color book. These days you can find her chasing her toddler around, camping or tromping through woods with her husband and two dogs.

DARLENE PLEW

Billing & Finance

Darlene’s favorite thing in the world is being a mom to her two beautiful daughters. She has 30+ years of experience in the finance world, from Boise to Los Angeles to Chelan. When she’s not crunching numbers for LCCM, she’s traveling the world with her husband and picking up a new hobby!

KAT HETTERSCHEIDT

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Kaitlin (AKA Kat) hails from Ohio and is based out of wherever her RV is at the time. Her extensive experience in the journalism industry as well as her top notch illustration, design and video skills make her an invaluable asset to the team. She enjoys shredding bowls in her skates and snuggling with her kitty, Lima Bean.

NATALIE GILSOUL

copywriter

Natalie’s roots run deep in the Lake Chelan Valley, where she was born and raised. With a passion for education, Natalie has dedicated the past six years to teaching Secondary English while simultaneously Copywriting for LCCM. Natalie’s heart is where her loved ones are. She treasures every free moment spent with her family, friends and beloved pup, Enzo.

TARA OHANESIAN

SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING

Tara was born a Midwest girl, moved to the PNW, and now resides in Texas. Her love for design stemmed from her incessant photo taking when her kids were born. Her desire to learn more about editing and design grew alongside her kids. She loves to spend the hot Texas summers swimming with her two boys and in her spare evening moments watching drama filled reality tv or reading.
